Formed in 2007, G∀LMET are part of the first wave of "girls' metal". Like their fellow acts, the band plays strongly melodic heavy metal driven by twin lead guitars. However, unlike their contemporaries, frontwoman MIKI sings only harsh vocals.
Independent since their inception, the lack of a label has had no impact on G∀LMET's drive towards success. Debut single Rebirth~with you~ spent two weeks in the Oricon Indie Singles top 10.
