DIAURA - Whiteness

DIAURA released its fifth single, Whiteness on February 20th. The single only contains one song: the title-track.

Whiteness opens with a simple few riffs on acoustic guitar - very chilling if listened to in the middle of the night! Then, the track hardens to a very standard stock visual track. The emotion in yo-ka’s voice can be felt throughout the track.

The PV for Whitness, included on a bonus DVD, is rather visually stimulating. The intro and verses are shown in black and white except for a few lens flares that flash in low saturated colour. There are a few other sporadic uses of colours, usually with lens flare and other video distortions that are timed close to the chorus. Check out the preview below.

While Whiteness is only one track, fans both old and new can enjoy this single and anticipate more releases - and of course live activities - later this year. DIAURA will be joining several other bands this June and July during the MY little HEARTS.Tour Edition Vol. 2 tour.
