TMG

TMG (Tak Matsumoto Group) was founded in 2004, consisting of Tak Matsumoto (B'z), Eric Martin (ex. Mr. Big), Brian Tichy (Ball) and Jack Blades (Night Ranger, Damn Yankees) and other few drummers that played with them live.

They released their first single on March 31st, 2004. Their album, TMG I, was released only three months later and the CD also found its way to their European fans by Fall 2004. The album received reviews full of praise and mostly got good evaluations from European magazines.

In the Fall, the band went on a Japan-tour, and during this tour, their first DVD Dodge The Bullet was recorded. During these concerts they also played some classics from Mr.Big and the Damn Yankees.

Since then, it has been quiet around TMG seeing as Tak concentrates on his band B'z or his solo career.
