XodiacK

During 2008, XodiacK was formed. Their first concert was held on September 27th at the Holiday Shinjuku where they presented their first demo single. However, two more months were needed before the band really started its activities. From November onwards, XodiacK played several concerts per month.

In 2009, their schedule was filled solely with concerts. Some important appearances were at the comeback concert of UnsraW in August and the tour final of the band n’Dool. They also played several secret concerts, shows in which even their fans were not told where the concert would be held. At the same time, the German label Gan-Shin noticed the band and signed a contract with them for the distribution of their CDs in Europe.

XodiacK's first mini-album was released by their Japanese label Imperial Throne in Japan on January 13th. Two days later, European fans had the opportunity to buy it through Gan-Shin. On that day, probably none of the fans would have expected that XodiacK's concert at Meguro Rockmaykan would be the last for a long time. To everyone's surprise, all save the vocalist left the band on March 1st, but this fact only became public in mid March.

On August 7th, XodiacK reappeared on the stage. With an unknown line-up, the band played on several occasions such as a label event of Red-List Entertainment at the end of September. Some of the former members also restarted their activities. hizaki had a session band, yahiro joined Hieropolis and chiri decided to leave the music scene.

On December 23rd, the homepage of XodiacK presented the info that new members had been found. However, there was hardly any information about masa’s, yamihito’s and kaede’s musical background. Also, the band signed with ex-BLOOD member Kiwamu’s label Starwave Records. With the new label and a complete line-up, the band restarted a constant live schedule and has planned to play their first overseas live in May in Munich, Germany.
