uhnellys

uhnellys was formed in 2006 by kim and midi. Pushed by ambition and inspiration, they released their first full-length album titled Jazooka in June. The following year, the duo toured in Europe and during that time, they released their second album in November.

In 2009, uhnellys had the opportunity to work with several known artists. PIKA MOOD, which was released in September, was produced by Zero dB, on the Ninja Tune label, with Mike Doughty of American Soul Coughing as remixer. At the very end of the year, in December, uhnellys released their second mini-album titled BE BO DA, which was produced by Tokie, ex-RIZE and currently in unkie.

In September 2010, it was announced that uhnellys would perform at the One Movement Music Festival in Perth, Australia. Soon afterward, they will embark on four-date mini tour in Canada.

Unlike many bands who put all their eggs in one basket, the duo is moving at a steady pace towards success. A genre completely new of its own, uhnelly is a uniquely acquired taste to those adventurous in music.
