1000Say

MAN, the guitarist and the vocalist of 1000Say, created the band while he was in college. After several line-up changes, the group finally started its activity in September 2005. Three years after debuting in the music industry, 1000Say recorded their first mini-album, STARGAZER ORCHESTRA. Later, the band focused on promoting themselves, appearing in Marquee Magazine and on FM802 radio.

In January 2009, their second mini-album MICROWAVE HEARTBEAT was released. Thanks to a large number of downloads from iTunes, the song became the store’s single of the week. Summer started with a collaboration with the brand HONEYPHICK, which created a series of products especially for the group. In December, the band released the last part of its mini-album trilogy, titled LIGHTNING AMPLIFIER.

At last, 1000Say performed their first one-man in front of a packed audience. Just one month later, on March 3rd, 2010, their music was featured on the Disney tribute omnibus album Disney Rocks!!.

In July 2011, the band performed abroad for the first time with a performance at the Parisian event Japan Expo.

Even though 1000Say has only been active for a rather short amount of time and has not had too many releases, the group is definitely worth paying attention to.
