rui, mizuki and vetchie started as a session band but soon after guitarist yusei joined them, they officially started activities as Misaruka. Their first official concert took place on June 12, 2008 at Meguro Rockmaykan. Their first single -amakusa- was out on August as well as the song Symphony which was distributed during one of their lives. The band held lives in many clubs in Tokyo until the year ended.

In the following year, they were able to perform at their first sponsored event titled Mass of Tounal St Luke Passion. On January 31 their second single, -Doll-, was released. Their an anthology of revolutionary tour lasted from May until June. During their career, the band played many times at Meguro Rockmaykan, where they took part in events like the two-day Reizvoll Konzert.

Their first anniversary of Misaruka was celebrated with a concert titled Mass of Tounal St Luke Passion at Tokyo Kinema Club. Soon, they released another live-distributed song, -Medousa-. The end of the year was marked with another sponsored event, ~HOLY NIGHT CHRIST MASS~. Soon after this event, guitarist yusei left the band. In April 2010, mizuki also quit the band. Misaruka paused its activities after a live at NAKASAKA, but the remaining members still worked together as project-MERROW-. vetchie also played in a session band and azami was a support bassist for GPKISM.

Misaruka’s rebirth took place in April 2011 when new guitarists rin and sawah joined the band. The event commemorating the resumption of their activities was called Reborn et Sequential and took place at Ikebukuro BLACK HOLE. On April 29, their new single -Merrow- was released. Soon after, they also made the song -CURSE OF CONTRACT- available for free download on their official site. Since then, the band has concentrated on doing lives. They also released their fourth single -Cailleach Rosary- on October 12.
