WING WORKS

Just days after Lolita23q's last live before an indefinite hiatus, WING WORKS’ homepage opened on September 18, 2012, unveiling RYO:SUKE’s full-body outfit, showcasing a very monochrome, glitter-infused uchuu kei and avant-guard style--matching well with an electro/visual rock genre.

Soon after, RYO:SUKE announced WING WORKS’ first release, "STAR GAZER MEMORY" Hoshi no kioku, todoreba kimi ni_。. Instead of a single or maxi-single, the premiere release is a full-length album that containing ten tracks. The release date for "STAR GAZER MEMORY" Hoshi no kioku, todoreba kimi ni_。 was initially set for December 16th but was postponed to January 30th for unknown reasons. A maxi-single is also due for release in June 2013.

Of course for now, RYO:SUKE won’t perform alone but with the aid of support members. Starting on January 20th at WING WORKS’ first live, RYO:SUKE’s support members are as follows: former Lolita 23q member Ryuto and Lc5’s Yumeji both on guitar, and AYABIE’s Intetsu on bass and An Café’s Teruki on drums.

Having just recently starting activities, WING WORKS will appear at a variety of lives in 2013, in particular at the tour final of BRAND NEW WAVE 2013 TOUR alongside other established groups, such as -OZ-, EAT YOU ALIVE, , and even Souiumono.

Outside of band activities, RYO:SUKE took part in the play Magasasu, which opened on October 11, 2012 and ran until October 14th. Magasasu was the fourth and final part of a series of public performances, brought to fruition by the group, Gekidan INOKORI.

All in all, WING WORKS so far seems to be a project to keep an eye on, as more exciting things are sure to come this year.
