When the GazettE was projected onto the screens, there was a shocking crescendo in volume as the audience's cheers became screams. The background sound effects were filled with sound bits of Ruki's voice, and the members came onto the stage from the left wearing haori and hakama. Aoi's acoustic guitar went into Filth in the beauty, and the audience raised their fists and jumped together. Kai smacked the drums, Reita strummed his bass, Uruha played his guitar with great enthusiasm and Ruki shouted heavily into his mic; meanwhile, the funky female chorus twisted around the heavier vocals and instrumentals quite exquisitely. LEECH followed, and the GazettE and their fans headbanged wildly to the blinking neon red lighs that flashed throughout the song. Pumped up, Ruki bellowed, "Thank you, Tokyo! 2009 is the tenth anniversary of PS COMPANY, so let’s enjoy this as much as possible! Are you ready? Come on! Shake!"

COCKROACH came on - the arena, filled up to its second floor, shook as the audience pumped their fists into the air, jumped and headbanged in unison with the members of the GazettE. As the band went into DISCHARGE, Ruki shouted, "Can you die?!" The entire venue was filled with flashing light, and Ruki's voice boomed over the storm of energy.

It was an incredible sight: the audience was a stampede of beasts releasing their ferocious enthusiasm into the world. With the sharp beats of Kai's drums, the audience raised their hands to clap along to the bright and upbeat LINDA ~candy dive pinky heaven~. The band ran out onto the runways; the fans raised their hands and waved them about, turning the Budokan into a giant moshpit. As their set ended, Reita tossed his bass high into the air and just managed to catch it, before the members left the stage. On screen, it was announced that the GazettE would be doing a live in Makuhari MesseKokusai Tenjijou on March 10 and would be releasing their new single DISTRESS AND COMA on March 25. The audience exploded into applause and cheers.

The air was tense as the whole of Budokan waited for the evening's last performer - the one and only miyavi - to come on stage. Meanwhile, the large screens played video material from miyavi’s world tour, building up the audience's excitement.

Finally, a single spotlight shone and the entire hall gasped: miyavi came onto the large stage accompanied by him, himself - and his guitar. Over the applause of the audience, he started singing Aishiteru kara hajime you with only the accompaniment with his guitar.

The soothing song ended, and miyavi promptly seized the opportunity to show off his guitar skills. The hall filled with fans screaming his name. miyavi turned his back to the audience as a group of people ran onto the stage, and the KAVKI BOIZ started playing. miyavi was now accompanied by his dancers, drummer, DJ and beatboxer. Immediately, people bounced and clapped along to the music. miyavi danced and sang in correspondence with his on-stage crew, also running across the stage and singing in different sections of the Budokan to salute the entire PSC crowd.

A duel between the beatboxer and the DJ on stage introduced Aho matsuri. miyavi danced with his dancers and everyone waved their hands to the song. Halfway through the song, miyavi left his dancers to connect with his audience, moving around the stage and coming closer to the seated platforms.

Without warning, members of other PSC bands ran onto the stage, all wearing the blue jackets associated with the song, much to the delight of the audience. They shouted and waved to the audience before running off-stage. Nevertheless, the atmosphere remained just as energetic as the all-time miyavi classic Shouri no V-ROCK!! followed. The audience had been waiting for it, and many took out their towels and handkerchiefs and waved them in the air. The stage was filled with movement as miyavi whirled around and around. miyavi made the audience shout together according to his directions, and the whole hall danced and shouted whenever he asked.

After the song, miyavi held an MC, and the bright lights lighting the stage were replaced with deep blue spotlights and the crowd fell silent. miyavi sang the first words of Sakihokoru hana no you ni-NEO VISUALIZM- with only his acoustic guitar and his raw emotions. Everyone stood still, listening attentively, as his voice carried through the concert hall. The song's lyrics rolled across the big screen over the stage. As the song built up, miyavi tapped and slapped his guitar, and the audience danced and sang along.

The last song was As Ur-Kimi wa kimi no mamade-, and the dancers and beat boxer walked on stage clapping their hands. miyavi and his companions walked around the platform surrounding the stage, stopping every once in a while to perform for each section of the hall. Upon reaching the front of the stage, miyavi lay down on the stage strip and sang his heart out. During the end of the song, everyone waved their hands from side to side as flower petals showered the stage, and the performance ended to thunderous cheers and applause.

After bowing and thanking the audience, miyavi called Kra's vocalist Keiyuh on stage. After exchanging a few words, miyavi and Keiyuh took turns to welcome the PSC bands back on stage. The bands arrived on stage in order of appearance, starting with SuG and ending with the GazettE. Most of the band members, including the members of SuG, SCREW, Kra and alice nine., wore Peace & Smile Carnival shirts.

Keiyuh interviewed the leaders of each band and made everyone roar with laughter when he pretended to interview himself. Then the leaders of the PSC bands and miyavi gathered around a mystery item covered with black cloth that lay in the middle of the stage. After taking guesses of what it was, it was finally revealed to be a sake barrel. The leaders were given mallets and, on the count of three, they cracked open the sake barrel to unleash a flurry of silver ribbons that flew through the air and floated around the stage and into the audience. Following the Kagami-biraki (sake barrel ceremony), the bands thanked the audience once again, and some hugged each other before leaving the stage one by one while waving good-bye.
