Takasugi Satomi - Issho ni

Together with her first album, Takasugi Satomi presented her fourth single Issho ni in February 2008. The single is dedicated to spring time and especially to the feelings that come with this season.

Relatively lighthearted and sensitive, the love song streams beautifully from the speakers. You can easily close your eyes and let yourself get carried away by the light melody. The B-side throttles the pace even more, but in a way that makes it sound somewhat long-winded. The swing influence doesn’t improve the impression. With the following instrumental version, you experience almost the same feelings. The more lively and fascinating “Peaceful Acoustic Remix” of Issho ni provides the perfect interplay of muted electric guitar with an acoustic partner.
