Impressive songs with emotional lyrics, powerful heavy riffs, excellent and technically flawless solos—all of these features make coldrain one of the most promising young bands in Japan. A post-hardcore band from Nagoya, their style slightly resembles groups like My Chemical Romance and Pay money to my Pain.

Since signing a worldwide management deal with Raw Power Management (who also handle bands such as Bullet for My Valentine and CROSSFAITH) at the end of 2013, the band has been focusing much more energy on touring overseas, and their popularity seems set to grow exponentially due to their excellent music and powerful live performances.
