AMOYAMO

AMOYAMO, comprised of models AYAMO and AMO was a J-pop duo with a prolific fashion sense. The duo started off small, beginning as an eyelash models--much like Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's humble beginning. AMOYAMO also appeared in various Japanese fashion magazines like Zipper and KERA, helping to expand the girls' popularity in the quirky Harajuku fashion world.

Pre-debut, AMOYAMO released a self-titled mini-album in August 2012, but it was their debut single LET'S GO OUT that set the stage for the duo's musical career, as it was used as the opening theme for the anime series "Gintama".

Unfortunately in March 2014, AMOYAMO decided to split their musical and fashion partnership.
