A singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, Maika Loubté was raised in Paris and Hong Kong and currently resides in Tokyo. Inspired by music from around the world, she experiments and creates songs that blend the novel and nostalgic, using a number of vintage analog synthesizers in her home studio. During live performances, she captivates audiences with her unique vocals while playing a plethora of electronic instruments.
Her music has been featured in campaigns for Mazda and RVCA, and her track La Ballade was one of the insert songs featured in the anime series “Carole & Tuesday”.
