PENICILLIN

PENICILLIN is best described as a hard rock band, although they also draw influences from genres such as metal and ska. They started as a visual kei group but, like many others from the scene, their looks became less extreme over time. Their songs typically range from upbeat rock to ballads, and one of the key points of their sound is singer HAKUEI's unique voice and emotional —almost theatrical — delivery.
