V6

V6 was created in 1995 by the famous male idol management company, Johnny's Entertainment, which also created many well-known names such as SMAP, KinKi Kids and Arashi. Like those groups, V6 do more than just sing during their lives, they also dance, perform acrobatics and even do magic tricks. They've had their own TV shows, their own movies and even a video game.

This group of six guys is also sometimes divided into two sub-groups: 20th Century or "Tonisen", which consists of the three older members, Sakamoto, Nagano, and Inohara, and Coming Century or "Kamisen", which brings together the younger members, Morita, Miyake, and Okada.
