Blast was a visual kei rock band who was given the label 'nagoya kei', however it refers to their place of origin and a certain group of bands connected on a more personal level rather than to any particular sound.

Their music was melodious, filled with guitars, and slightly dark at times. Their sound was completed by Hiderou's solid bass and Yuina's characteristic, rather high pitched vocals, at times as melodious as the music, at other times simply noisy. It's hard to compare Blast to other bands and even though the group disbanded some time ago it's still popular amongst fans.
