Rock bands
RIZE and
fade will be performing at
Canadian Music Fest in Toronto, ON, which will take place between March 21st and 25th.
The performances will have the concept 'east meets west via power of rock,' as the two bands are aiming for being a 'global hub' between the west and east. Both band have members with mixed Japanese and American heritage.
RIZE's vocalist
Jesse McFaddin is Japanese American, and four of
fade's members, amongst them vocalist
Jon Underdown, also part of
GACKT's
YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz, were born in the states.
The exact dates and locations of the bands' performances at
Canadian Music Fest are currently unknown, but more information is expected at a later date through
Canadian Music Fest's
website. Wristbands for access to all concerts of the event have already gone on sale.
In addition to their performance in Canada,
RIZE and
fade will also perform in New York. Details have not been made available yet, but are expected soon.
