Kanon Wakeshima to Perform at Sakura-Con 2012

Almost a year since she came to the US and now, she is back.

Singer and cellist Kanon Wakeshima, who is also one half of the unit kanonxkanon, has just announced that she is to appear at Sakura-Con 2012 in Seattle, WA.

While this is not Wakeshima's first appearance in the US, it is her first time participating in Sakura-Con. She will hold a concert at the popular three-day anime convention, which is set to take place from April 6th-8th, though the exact details of her performance have yet to be revealed. Wakeshima has contributed several songs to the anime world, including the singles Still Doll and Suna no Oshiro, which featured in the "Vampire Knight" franchise, Calendula Requiem, used in the TV anime "Shiki" and, most recently, Kou no Doitei, used in "30-sai no Hoken Taiiku".
