Versailes to Cease Activities

Visual kei band Versailles -Philharmonic Quintet- have announced that they will cease activities at the end of 2012.

The sudden announcement comes during the Versailles' 5th anniversary. The band states that as they currently have no clear direction of where they are heading, the band members have decided to cease activities as Versailles in order to pursue their own personal and artistic goals outside of the band.

Versailles have announced their fourth and final album release for September 26th and will hold a domestic tour shortly afterwards. They will then hold their final farewell concert on December 20th at NHK Hall in Tokyo, after which they will cease activities.
