YOSHIKI's Golden Globes Theme to Be Released in 111 Countries

YOSHIKI's Golden Globes theme will be released in 111 countries on January 15th.

The opening theme for the Golden Globe Awards, which was composed by multi-instrumentalist and X JAPAN leader YOSHIKI, is set to be released digitally around the world.

To honour the 70th anniversary of the awards, the theme will be available to download as a full-length digital single through iTunes in 111 countries from January 15th. All proceeds from the single will be donated to charities chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The theme will be used to open the ceremony and at other key moments during the broadcast, and features a full string orchestra, as well as many instruments played by YOSHIKI himself.

The Golden Globe Awards will be broadcast on January 13th and will be viewed in over 190 countries worldwide.
