POSSIBILITY Restarts

Rap-rock band POSSIBILITY have announced that they will restart activities with a new line-up.

POSSIBILITY have announced that they will restart activities with a new line-up.

Formed in 1999, POSSIBILITY is a rap-rock band with an upbeat, optimistic sound. They are probably best known overseas for the song Sanagi, which was used as an ending theme to the anime "Gintama", or for vocalist/MC duo 43K and EIG featuring on Dragon Ash's song United Rhythm.

EIG and guitarist KAZU-O originally left the band in 2010, and for the past three years, the remaining members continued to perform sporadic concerts without them, but released no new material. After EIG's first show back with the band on March 23rd this year, they also welcomed support guitarist Oohashi Hiroyuki as an official member and announced that this will be the beginning of a chapter for POSSIBILITY.

The band has performances booked into May, but what the future will hold for POSSIBILITY beyond that remains to be seen.

As part of this revival, they also recently opened a new website, which can be found here.
