New Baddies Single

Visual kei band Baddies have announced their long-awaited new single, titled Boogie Woogie.

Due for release on July 7th under Baddies' own label, the single is said to have a "happy" summer pop rock sound, while still promoting the band's base concept of spreading happiness around the world.

Boogie Woogie will be sold in two types. As with previous Baddies releases, both types will include a "self-cover" of a Billy song. The Type A of Boogie Woogie includes a cover of Shounen "B" Change, while the Type B instead features MIKADUKI.

Just before the release of Boogie Woogie, drummer Hiroshi will be turning 30 in July. To commemorate the last day of being in his 20s, Baddies will hold a special concert on July 5th. Additional guests include ADAPTER。, Souiumono and amber gris. The following day, there will be a birthday-themed concert, in celebration Hiroshi's 30th birthday.

Then on August 18th, Baddies will also hold a celebratory live for Baku, with AUBE and Sakurai Yuki from rice. Sakurai Yuki's birthday will also be celebrated at this live as his birthday falls on the same day as Baku.

Baddies have also announced four dates for an autumn tour later this year, starting in September. There will be two dates each in Tokyo and Osaka, and a tour final titled Tanoshiku Hajikete Naokatsu Setsunaku Yasashii Live, which will take place at Shibuya WWW in November.
