Soraru to Sing "Dangan Ronpa" Ending Theme

Utatte singer Soraru will release a new single, titled Zetsubou HERO Chiryouyaku, on August 7th. The release is a collaborative effort featuring original lyrics by singer/songwriter Suzumu.

Soraru usually covers songs by fellow utatte singers - a common practice - and often collaborates with Suzumu to write lyrics and arrange songs. Soraru gained attention in 2011 after covering Kagerou Days by Shizen no Teki-P (aka Jin), and went onto release original content such as Soraai in June 2012.

Zetsubou HERO Chiryouyaku will be used as the ending theme for the highly anticipated anime adaption of "Dangan Ronpa", which is scheduled to start airing on July 4th in Japan.
