Tanaka Koki Has Retired from KAT-TUN

Tanaka Koki, best known as the rapper of popular Johnny's Entertainment boyband KAT-TUN, retired from the group on September 30th, and his exclusive contract has also been terminated.

According to a message on the Johnny's website, this decision came as a result of Tanaka's repeated violation of the terms of his contract with the agency. Tanaka has stated that he plans to continue working in the entertainment industry, but that details will come at a later time.

The four remaining members have also announced that they will continue activities with KAT-TUN.
