Two New Compilations Featuring Hatsune Miku

Warner Music Japan and Victor Entertainment will jointly release two compilation albums titled Download feat. Hatsune Miku and Upload feat. Vocalist featuring Hatsune Miku in two different types on December 10th.

Download feat. Hatsune Miku includes 16 songs with vocaloids, Upload feat. Vocalist has 14 songs recorded by vocalists. Both of the albums contain the same theme song Connecting, which was written by halyosy, a famous songwriter on video sharing website Niconico and a former member of unplugged band absorb. The jacket covers were designed by Harold Sakuishi, the author of rock band manga "BECK".

The two compilations include previously unpublished songs from major record labels, popular songs, and new songs too. Linking vocaloids and vocalists, this is a new approach to expressing the world of IT-based artists, especially on Niconico.
