Rock band SHIT HAPPENING will release a new mini-album, titled Landmark, on August 5th. It will feature seven tracks.
Formed in 2008 and hailing from the Tochigi prefecture, SHIT HAPPENING already have a number of releases under their belts, but they are just beginning to make a name for themselves.
In 2014, they were featured on the fourth installment of Good Morning America's Aa, yoi ongaku koko ni arimasu omnibus series, and they performed at the corresponding festival alongside a number of popular groups from Japan's indie rock scene. They must have impressed, as Landmark will be released by FIVE RAT RECORDS, who handled the majority of Good Morning America's indie releases, and who also happen to distribute the aforementioned omnibus album series and continue to manage the band.
