New Releases from MISTY

Melodic punk band MISTY will release a new single and best-of album simultaneously on March 23rd.

The single, GLEANING / LET IT DIE, features the two title tracks and a bonus DVD with live footage from a show held at Shinjuku ACB on January 31st. The lyrics for GLEANING are written completely in English, while LET IT DIE is entirely in Japanese, showcasing the band's versatility.

While MISTY was originally formed in 2006, their first release did not come out until 2011. They signed with WE LOVE RECORDS that year, but transferred over to the Nagoya-based punk label TRUST RECORDS in 2012. Last November, the band announced that they had returned to their old label.

To mark this occasion, MISTY will release a best-of album titled BESTY, which will feature nine songs selected from their previous releases, as well as a rearranged version of Without you.
