New Band from Radical Radio Members

While the Tokyo-based pop punk band Radical Radio announced at the end of 2015 that they would be going on indefinite hiatus, its members have wasted no time starting a new project.

Vocalist and bassist KOHEI and drummer KATSUHIRO recently announced that they have formed a new band called ASTRO. The group's line-up is rounded out by two guitarists: Shibataz and SHO.

ASTRO played their first live at Basement Bible 2016, which was held at Shibuya O-EAST on March 14th. They have already uploaded a song called Sound to give fans a sample of their music.
