SUGIZO Collaborates with DIR EN GREY for Band's Upcoming Single

SUGIZO has announced his collaboration with DIR EN GREY for the band's 28th single Utafumi, due for release on July 27th.

SUGIZO will provide violin accompaniment for Utafumi's second track Kuukoku no kyoon. He performed with DIR EN GREY as a violinist for Kuukoku no kyoon on stage at LUNATIC FEST in June last year, and the collaboration will now be immortalised in the form of a recorded track.

Utafumi will come in three editions. The Regular Edition will be CD-only, containing three tracks found in all other editions. The Limited Edition will come with a bonus DVD containing three live tracks from DIR EN GREY's ARCHE -「a knot」LIMITED EXTRA- 2016.2.12 LIQUIDROOM concert and scenes from the studio recording of Utafumi. The Complete "Make-to-Order" Limited Edition will come with the choice of either a bonus DVD or BLU-RAY disc containing ten live tracks from DIR EN GREY's ARCHE -「a knot」LIMITED EXTRA- 2016.2.12 LIQUIDROOM concert and scenes from the studio recording of Utafumi.
