Bentham will release a new mini-album titled ExP on July 6th. It will feature seven tracks.
A self-described "hybrid" rock band, Bentham play catchy, emotional and danceable rock songs, with distinctive high vocals from frontman Tatsuya Ozeki. Formed in 2010, they just cracked the top ten of the Oricon Weekly Indies charts for the first time last year.
Bentham are also currently in the middle of a crowdfunding campaign on the website Eggs Support Project. They are hoping to document their first one-man live, which was a free concert held on April 30th this year at Daikanyama UNIT, with a live DVD. More details on the crowdfunding project can be found here.
In addition, Bentham's song Crazy Girl will be featured on Good Morning America's upcoming compilation album Aa, yoi ongaku koko ni arimasu. Sono go, which will be released on June 22nd.
