Hiroya Ozaki released a digital single on September 5th. Titled Hajimari no Machi, it is his first official release, and it is available on iTunes.
Hiroya Ozaki is the son of the popular singer Yutaka Ozaki, who passed away in 1992 when Hiroya was only two years old. In 1995, he moved to the United States with his mother, and he lived there for 10 years. In 2004, Hiroya made his debut as a part of the group Crouching Boys, who participated in the recording of a tribute album to his father.
Upon his return to Japan, he focused on his education, hosted a few radio shows, appeared on TV and started performing both as a solo artist and a guest on other artists' releases. More recently, Hiroya recorded a song with Wakadanna and in June, he appeared on the TV show Music Day, performing his father’s popular song I Love You.
On September 4th, Hiroya held a solo live titled billboard classics Hiroya Ozaki premium concert -『Hajimari no Uta』-. He performed hit songs by artists such as Yosui Inoue and Oda Kazumasa, as well as Hajimari no Machi and some of his father’s songs.
