Two Members to Leave BACK-ON

Rock group BACK-ON have announced the departure of two members.

Guitarist SHU and bassist GORI will leave the band after an anniversary show titled BACK-ON 15th Anniversary Live - Ultimate Thanks -, which will be held on May 26th at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM.

In a message posted on the band's official website, GORI said that he did everything he could with BACK-ON and he wants to pursue new goals, while SHU emphasized the importance of changes.

The remaining members, KENJI03 and TEEDA, also shared their thoughts on the departure. They both apologized to their fans and assured them that BACK-ON will not disband.

The group put its live activities in Japan on hiatus in November 2016, after a show titled Fans Best Live!!」「See You Again!! 」. BACK-ON's latest release, the digital single The Last One, went on sale on August 21st.
