New Album from The Birthday

Fresh off the release of their single Dakishimetai, ever-prolific rock veterans The Birthday have already announced the release of a new album for May 10th.

Their ninth album in total, NOMAD will be available in three editions: limited CD+Blu-ray and CD+DVD editions and a CD-only regular edition. The DVD will feature the band's usual "self liner notes" as well as live footage from the Izumo APOLLO performance of their Shamuneko no zekkyou TOUR 2016. The Blu-ray will feature the same content, but it will also add live footage from a show at Shiga B-FLAT and the music video for Kogarashi 6gou, the B-side from Dakishimetai.

While the tracklists have not yet been revealed, it is known that all three versions will feature the title tracks from their recent singles Yume to Bach to Caffeine to and Dakishimetai.
