Frederic's New Single

Rock band Frederic will release their second major single on August 16th.

Titled Kanashii ureshii, it will be available in two editions. The regular edition will be CD-only, with five tracks: the title song, coupling tracks Synchrock and Machigaisagashi no kuni, and live versions of Rererepeat and Night Step from a performance at Shinkiba STUDIO COAST. The limited edition features the same three new songs, but it offers a total of five live tracks from the STUDIO COAST show instead. It also adds a DVD featuring footage of all 18 songs from the performance.

In addition, the title song has been selected as the opening theme for the anime series "Koi to uso", which will begin airing on July 3rd.

This will also be the band's first release since new drummer Takahashi Takeru officially joined the band.
