Live Recordings of Fumio Miyashita on "The Boffomundo Show" to Be Released

Fumio Miyashita's performances on the TV program "The Boffomundo Show" will now be published in digital and analogue formats.

In 1979 and 1980, Fumio Miyashita performed on "The Boffomundo Show", an American program dedicated to progressive rock. The label Drag City is now bringing these historical live recordings to music listeners as an official release. Fumio Miyashita Live on The Boffomundo Show will be out on LP and in digital stores on September 22nd.

Fumio Miyashita is reknowned for his work with progressive rock. In the 1970s he was a founding member of The Far East Family Band, who earned international attention with their remarkable space rock. Later in his career, he composed for soundtracks and healing music. He passed away in 2003.
