GLAY frontman TERU and guitarist TAKURO will be heading to Venice this month for a short acoustic performance.
They will take the stage at St Mark's Square on February 12th as part of Carnival of Venice 2018. The event is already in progress, having started on January 27th, and it will conclude on February 13th. For more details on TERU and TAKURO's performance, head over to Carnival of Venice's official website.
During a concert commemorating the 20th anniversary of GLAY's fanclub HAPPY SWING, TERU declared that one of his goals was for the band to celebrate its 30th anniversary, which will take place in 2026, at St. Mark's Square in Venice. To start putting the wheels in motion for that to happen, TERU performed a solo acoustic set at the same event last year. To continue building on that progress, he is bringing TAKURO along, and they will also be accompanied by strings and piano.
