Moon & Bouquet is featured as the ending theme in TV anime "Fate/EXTRA Last Encore". The single has topped Japan’s iTunes singles rock chart, and charted at #3 in the top singles chart. The music video instantly received over 10,000 retweets and 20,000 likes, and as Moon & Bouquet trended, it came in second in Twitter’s trending chart. Sayuri’s official Twitter account gained over 1,300 followers through the release, and her account surpassed 150,000 followers.
Moon & Bouquet is available in three physical editions. The Limited First Pressing Edition comes with a special trifold box case, a “Sanketsu Shoujo” character card and a bonus DVD containing the full length music video for Moon & Bouquet. The Limited Release Edition comes with a "Fate/EXTRA Last Encore" exclusive anime cover, two "Fate/EXTRA Last Encore" character cards and a bonus DVD containing the non-credit ED
sequence of "Fate/EXTRA Last Encore". The Standard Edition is CD-only, with a “Sanketsu Shoujo” character card included in the first pressing.
