PIKOTARO Releases New Album “I have a PPAP” Digitally Worldwide

PPAP star PIKOTARO has released a new album titled I have a PPAP digitally worldwide. The album includes a new sushi themed song titled Can you see? I’m SUSHI, tracks released from 2017 to 2018 as well as tracks from 2016 album PPAP.

PIKOTARO comments on Can you see? I’m SUSHI, “When I visited Belgium, I told the Belgian staff that I wanted to make a song that boasts about Japan to the world. This is the song I improvised on the spot — they loved it and laughed so much! I’m so happy to finally release this song! Japan is the sushi country but there weren’t many songs about sushi, so now I hope people all over the world and Japan will sing this song!”

In the music video for Can you see? I’m SUSHI, PIKOTARO charters a taxi for a day, visits sightseeing spots in Tokyo and eats sushi. Watch the full music video below:
