Yesterday, MAXIMUM THE HORMONE suddenly announced that they would be forced to cancel a number of upcoming performances and that they were planning to take a break from live activities. Today, they explained the reason behind their decision.

Vocalist DAISUKE-HAN was diagnosed with a severe hernia and, in the middle of August, his doctor stated that it would require surgery. However, DAISUKE wished to finish the band's scheduled summer festival performances before going through with the surgery.
