Pop rock band GLAY will release a new single on November 14th.
Their 56th single in total, Urei no Prisoner / YOUR SONG will feature seven tracks. Urei no Prisoner was written by guitarist TAKURO, and it is said to be a melodic rock number dealing with topics like past loves, the passage of time and being held prisoner by one's emotions. YOUR SONG is a track that vocalist TERU wrote and performed for the Special Olympics. He stated that he wrote it hoping that people from different countries would be able to enjoy it together.
The other five tracks will be live recordings. Tracks three through five will be from their set at LUNATIC FEST. 2018, including the special session version of Kanojo no "Modern..." with EXILE NESMITH, the session version of Yuuwaku with SUGIZO and their cover of LUNA SEA's FATE. Tracks six and seven will be live versions of Kimi ga mitsumeta umi and YOUR SONG from GLAY x HOKKAIDO 150 GLORIOUS MILLION DOLLAR NIGHT Vol.3.
The limited edition of the single will come with a bonus DVD featuring the music videos for the two title tracks, making-of footage from the video shoot in Los Angeles, and footage of Survival, BELOVED and SHUTTER SPEEDS no Theme from LUNATIC FEST. 2018, the latter of which featured a guest appearance from SID bassist Aki. The regular edition will be CD-only.
