Johnny's boyband Kis-My-Ft2 will release a new single on February 6th.
The title track from the release, Kimi o daisuki da, is said to be a straightforward love song, and it will be the theme song for "Tora-san ~Boku ga neko ni natta wake~", a movie starring group member Hiromitsu Kitayama. The song features lyrics written by Fumiya Fujii, and it was arranged by Seiji Kameda.
The single will be available in three editions. The limited edition will feature an exclusive B-side and a DVD with the music video and making-of footage for Kimi o daisuki da. The "EXTRA" edition will feature just the title track, but it will come with a DVD containing live footage from the Kyocera Dome Osaka performance of their Kis-My-Ft2 LIVE TOUR 2018 YOU & ME Extra Yummy!!, which was held on December 9th. The CD-only regular edition will add the song Hurray! Hurray! as well as two more currently untitled coupling tracks, for a total of four songs.
