Visual rock band MERRY will release a new mini-album on April 17th.
for Japanese sheeple will contain six tracks. These will include five new songs and sheeple, which is the band's first song to feature lyrics written by guitarist Yuu. The track was originally a live-limited release, and it was made available for digital distribution via iTunes on December 24th, 2018.
The mini-album will be available in three editions. The regular edition will be CD-only, while the limited edition will come with a bonus DVD featuring footage of five songs from their May 12th live at The Garden Hall in Ebisu. The third version will be available exclusively to members of their fan club CORE, and it will feature two CDs and a Blu-ray disc.
In addition, MERRY have announced that they will embark on a two-man tour titled Chimimouryou 2019 on March 2nd. It will see them perform alongside bands such as defspiral, Psycho le Cemu, MUCC, metronome and DEZERT. On May 5th, they will head out on a one-man tour titled for Japanese sheeple to promote the new mini-album.
