fox capture plan Announce Collaborations with kolme and Emi Okamoto

Instrumental jazz trio fox capture plan recently announced the release of two collaboration singles.

First of all, they will be featured on a song by self-produced idol unit kolme called See you feat. fox capture plan. This collaboration came about because the members of kolme had declared from long ago that they are fans of the band. MIMORI, who is in charge of composing the group's music, stated that she learned a lot from fox capture plan's work and wanted to try performing together or creating music with them one day. The song was composed by fox capture plan bassist Hidehiro Kawai, and it features lyrics by MIMORI. The lyrics were inspired by the current period of self-restraint ushered in by the coronavirus crisis. They are said to carry her feelings of longing to meet people she is unable to see now due to the current circumstances and her hope for the future.

The second collaboration will be a track titled Yakeni SUNSHINE featuring Emi Okamoto, a singer-songwriter and the vocalist of FRIENDS. The song was first performed live last July during the encore of the final date of fox capture plan's two-man PLANNING TOUR 2019. The jacket art was created by illustrator yunosuke.

Both singles will be digital releases, and they will both hit online stores and streaming services on June 24th. They will each feature their respective title song and its instrumental version.
