REGALILIA, a new virtual metal idol group, just made its official debut on June 27th.
The group is the second act from the virtual YouTuber idol project Palette Project, which aims to "make virtual more 'realistic' and "colorful'". It consists of three members: Yura Tohsaka, Kyouka Eba and
Ayumu Kitami.
At their first showcase, REGALILIA performed their first original tune, Souzou (Creation in English). The song was written by ex-GUILD guitarist YOSHIHIRO, and it is scheduled to be released as a single sometime
this summer. The rest of the set consisted of covers of songs by popular rock and metal acts, including tracks by BAND-MAID,
Onmyo-za and SEIKIMA-II.
Archived videos from their live debut have been uploaded to Palette Project's YouTube channel, and the group is said to be planning more activities and broadcasts for the future.
