New Singles from ARASHI

ARASHI released a new digital single titled IN THE SUMMER on July 24th.

IN THE SUMMER is ARASHI's first new song since Turning Up. The track was written by Rami Yacoub, who has also worked with artists such as One Direction. A music video was also revealed on the release date. IN THE SUMMER is available on download and streaming services worldwide.

The group also released their 58th CD single Kite on July 29th. Kite was written and composed by Kenshi Yonezu for "NHK 2020 Song". ARASHI performed the song for the first time on the 70th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen in December 2019. The single has three coupling songs, including Journey to Harmony, which is the third part of Yoko Kanno's composition Ray of water. The song was performed as a celebratory song for the enthronement of the new Emperor in November of last year.

The single will be released in four formats: two limited editions that come with a DVD or a Blu-ray disc, a regular CD-only edition, and a limited edition exclusive to fanclub members. The DVD and Blu-ray will contain a music video and behind the scenes footage for Kite. The covers of all editions were drawn by group member Satoshi Ohno.
