NAZARE to Disband
Visual rock band NAZARE will part ways next January due to vocalist Mio's health concerns.
Visual rock band NAZARE have announced they will disband next January.
In a heartfelt statement on the band's website, vocalist Mio spoke of his ongoing struggles with bipolar disorder and globus sensation (the feeling of lumps in his throat). He further explained how worsening bipolar symptoms have started to make performing close to impossible.
As such, NAZARE will part ways upon the completion of their forthcoming twelve-date one-man tour NEMOPHILA, which is due to kick off in Sendai on September 5th. The band will take their final bow together on January 11th at Shibuya WWWX.
The tour is named for NAZARE's debut album, which was released back in April. A preview of NEMOPHILA can be heard below, alongside the music video for Ga, aisareta shura.
