Rock band Dragon Ash will release a new single on June 30th.
NEW ERA will be the band's first CD single in about four years, following 2017's Beside You. The title track is said to be a loud rock song that frontman Kj started writing around the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, with the
message "you can make a fresh start at any time". It also hints at the fact that the band began a new chapter in 2019 when The BONEZ bassist T$UYO$HI began serving as their new support member, and the band's line-up underwent
further changes when dancers ATSUSHI and DRI-Vannounced their departure in 2020, turning Dragon Ash into a quintet.
The single will also include two coupling tracks: Endeavour, the band's opening theme for the anime series "Cestvs -The Roman Fighter-", and Dialogue, a song that was created for their DRAGON ASH TOUR 2019 "THE FIVES" / "THE SEVENS".
Endeavour has already been released as a digital single, and it is available for download and streaming on various music platforms here.
The single will be available in four editions. All four will come with either a bonus DVD or Blu-ray disc adding live footage and a video interview. Limited Editions A and B will also add a Dragon Ash bandana mask.
