New Self-Cover Album from Shizuka Kudo

Singer Shizuka Kudo will release a new self-cover album on July 20th.

Kanju has been produced to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Kudo's solo career, which began on the same day as her graduation from idol group Onyanko Club on August 31st 1987.

Kudo's chart-topping debut single Kindan no Telepathy is one of fourteen songs she's rerecorded for the album, all of which were originally released between 1987 and 1997.

Kanju also features Kudo's digital single Shimayori, released last December, as a bonus track. The song's music video can be watched below.
