Girl group TOKYO GIRLS' STYLE recently unveiled a new music video for Viva La Koigokoro. The song is the lead track from their upcoming sixth album Nocturnal, which is scheduled for release on August 3rd.
The song's title translates to "‘Long Live Love", and it is said to tell a tale of unrequited love and heartbreak "as deep as the seabed", but end with a positive sense of moving on. It is described as having a mature pop-rock sound that conjures
images of the city of Tokyo.
The music video echoes this atmosphere, showing the members of TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE against a nighttime Tokyo backdrop, dressed in "darkly romantic" outfits adorned with plenty of frills that showcase their cute side. The choreography
was handled by KENZO from DA PUMP.
