Steampunk metal band FATE GEAR will release a new EP on November 9th.
As its title suggests, Killers in the Sky Part 2 is a sequel to the EP FATE GEAR released back in April. Like its predecessor, it will be available in two editions, both containing seven tracks.
Killers in the Sky Part 2 marks the FATE GEAR debuts of new keyboardist Kurosaki and guest vocalist Sera Amagi, a singer-songwriter and voice actress who specializes in music for arcade and mobile games. She sings on Ame ga tsumugu Requiem.
Regular guest vocalists NANA and IBUKI also feature, and an instrumental version of Tenku no hiyoku from Killers in the Sky rounds out the tracklist. This is the first FATE GEAR release to feature songwriting by drummer Haruka.
Finally, bandleader and guitarist Mina recently tweeted FATE GEAR had filmed their next music video on location at the Japan Air Self-Defense Force's Iruma Air Base in early September. The MV will premiere on Killers in the Sky Part 2's release date.
